THE MISSION OF SOLID ICE IS TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE DIVISION I ICE HOCKEY AT FERRIS STATE UNIVERSITY AND OTHER BIG RAPIDS AREA YOUTH ICE ACTIVITIES. SOLID ICE RECOGINZES THAT ICE HOCKEY, FIGURE SKATING AND OTHER ICE ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND PROVIDE A BRIDGE BETWEEN FERRIS STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE REST OF THE COMMUNITY.
