THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION IS TO HELP ELIMINATE BLIGHT AND STABILIZE NEIGHBORHOODS BY IMPROVING HOUSING CONDITIONS AND ESTABLISHING RESIDENTS IN NEIGHBORHOODS, THEREBY LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT; RECEIVE DONATIONS OF REAL PROPERTY IN ANY CONDITION, REHABILITATE DETERIORATED HOUSING SO THAT IT MAY BE RESOLD; AND TO CONDUCT PROGRAMS WITH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND DONATE A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS FROM PROPERTY SALES TO THESE CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
